  • Of course! At Bright Panda, we offer tutoring for a wide range of subjects. Whether you need help with math, chemistry, Dutch, biology, physics or any other subject. In addition, it is possible to combine different subjects with each subscription or package you take out.

  • You can easily book and pay for your lessons through our proprietary platform at Bright Panda. Our platform provides an easy and secure way to schedule and pay for your tutoring sessions. After creating an account, our platform allows you to view your tutor's availability, select a convenient time and book your lesson immediately. The payment process is also seamlessly integrated, allowing you to checkout quickly and securely.

  • After we contact you by phone, identifying your learner's needs, we actively search for a suitable tutor that perfectly matches those needs. Our team takes the time to understand your needs as a student, whether it's specific subject areas, learning methods or other preferences. We strive to make the best possible match so that you can benefit from effective and personalized support during your tutoring sessions.

  • We offer several payment methods to make it as easy as possible for you. You can pay securely through our payment and booking platform. The available options are:

    1. Bank transfer (SEPA)

    2. iDEAL
      Pay easily and quickly through your own bank with iDEAL. Currently only available for hourly packages

    3. Credit card
      We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

    Your payments are processed through our secure platform, so you can pay with confidence.

  • At Bright Panda, we strive for a consistent and personalized learning experience, which is why we pair each student with one regular teacher. Prior to regular classes, we offer a trial lesson so that both student and tutor can determine if there is a good match. Once the right match is found, this tutor will then continuously tutor the student. This approach not only promotes consistency in the learning process, but also allows the student and tutor to build a strong bond, which is essential for effective learning and growth.

  • At Bright Panda, we have a flexible policy regarding unused classes. For subscriptions, lessons have a validity of 2 months, giving you plenty of time to utilize them. If you choose an hourly package, your lessons remain valid for a period of 3 months.

  • With Bright Panda, you have a subscription for a minimum term of 3 months. After this period, the subscription is cancellable on a monthly basis. You can cancel the subscription at any time before the start of the next payment, giving you flexibility in managing your membership with Bright Panda

  • At Bright Panda, we strive to match an appropriate tutor to each student as quickly as possible. Once you have signed up for a trial lesson, we immediately begin searching for a tutor that perfectly matches your needs and availability. In most cases, you can begin your tutoring lessons within a few days of signing up. We understand that it is important to get support quickly, which is why we are committed to ensuring a seamless and timely start to the learning process.

  • The cost of tutoring varies depending on your choice between a subscription or hourly package. We offer flexible pricing options that become more affordable the more hours you purchase:

    1. Subscriptions - Choose a subscription for a fixed number of hours every four weeks. This offers convenience and a lower price per hour.

    2. Hourly packages - Purchase a package with a certain number of hours of tutoring. The larger the package, the lower the price per hour.

    So by purchasing more hours, you can benefit from a lower hourly rate. Check out our rates page for a detailed overview. Or contact us to find the package that best suits your needs.

  • No, it is not possible to return purchased classes. However, we understand that it is important to be sure of your choice before making a purchase. Therefore, we offer new customers a free trial lesson. During this trial lesson you can experience whether the tutoring meets your expectations and whether there is a good match with the tutoring teacher.

    If you are satisfied after the trial lesson, you can choose to purchase an hour package or a subscription. Should there not be a good match between you and the teacher, you are not obliged to pay. In that case, we will be happy to help you find another teacher who is a better match for you.
